Software installation files are packaged to zip file.
Every Windows operating system has functionality to open .zip files by default. You do not need any other third party software to open zip file. Just use Windows/File Explorer and open or extract downloaded zip file.
Once you opened or extracted zip file run setup.exe file that will start setup process and install software to your computer.
You must have Windows operating system and Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5 at least.
