Why will my bot not fire?

Looking to design a bot that will lay the first horse in play to hit 1.7. Exclusively for handicaps in the UK, with more than 7 runners. Can anyone tell me why it is not firing, as I am stumped? Have attached my settings for reference. Probably something ghlaringly obvious that I am missing.

Your min/max price range is too strict, change it to wider price range e.g. 1.5 - 2.0 instead of 1.7 - 1.72. Then try again in simulation mode without risking any real money.
