No live score at Simulation mode

No live score at Simulation mode#27417

I run the BFBotManager at real mode (everything OK) and the also run it at Simulation mode sandboxed. In Simulation mode I have all the datas, but live score. So I can't test inplay startegies, e.g. to place bet at 18th minute at 0-0 scoreline. The bot does not know what the score is. It's gone about 3 weeks ago, before that time it was OK. How can I get live score back?

Other issue: at bottom of Bets tab the financial result of the selected period is not shown correctly, the justification is not correct, please check the attached screenshot!

Hi Jimmy,

Please send us screenshots of your main MARKETS grid view showing live score column and loaded football matchs. And screenshot of your settings at "Tools&settings->General settings->Results" form.

We will review profit/loss label and see if there is anything that we can do to fix that.

Hi,

Thank you for the idea! I compared the settings of the Real mode and the Simu mode and found out on the 'Tools&settings->General settings->Results" form the "Use football live scores and other..." checkbox was not checked.
So, I checked it and working perfectly!

So, only the profit/loss label needs to be fixed
