Hi all

I'm looking at football betting based on live scores and noted this new option that isn't covered in the manual: "Allow betting only when inplaytrading/inplayscanner and our live score service show same score"

Can someone please:

1 - clarify what is meant by this and when this would be useful?
2 - explain what each service is?
3 - and explain why they wouldn't show the same score all of the time anyway?

Are you using third party Inplaytrading service? If you are not then this option will not work for you.

Please read following help article that explains how bot is able to get live scores, as those are not provided by Betfair:

Different services get live scores from different sources, so there can be differences e.g. VAR, offside, mistakes in live score service etc.
