Hi, I recently saw the "update tips Price, Min price and Max Price when there is a removed runner" within the Manage tips section in "Settings."

HOw exactly does this work, does it decrease the tip's prices by the percentage?

Yes, it uses reduction factor for removed runner provided by Betfair API to update prices.
