I have a few strategies where games are chosen a few days before the match is played. Is there a way where I could tell the bot to execute these bets (might be lay draw, back home or lay away) 10 minutes before kick-off?

Sure, just add "Market conditions->Time to bet" to your strategy that is set to bet on those matches and set it to 10 minutes before start time.
