I placed a bet yesterday on shir khan along with two other horses in the same race the other two bets got placed but the bet on shir khan never it won at 62 at the time my bet should have been placed it was actually 70 can anybody tell me why ? the box was ticked along with the two that did get placed and I always have it set to ask for ten ticks below so it should have gone on thanks

Please post screenshots of all your settings, export your strategy and we will check it. Probably one of the rules prevented strategy from placing bets. Also please send us content of log file, you can open it by using Tools&Settings->Log menu item.
