Hi,

I started to use the Market conditions for hedge option in after bet rules. I am using the Football - in play data statistics condition - total goals higher as X then hedge.
Unfortunately I cannot get it to fire. Data is there from IPT - use it as well to trigger the bet. Experimented with using a % in the general settings and then it does trigger.

Any ideas on what I am missing? Added the screenshots of the hedge setup.

Hi Rorik,

Selection must also be in price range of 1.01 - 5.0 by your settings. At which selection do you have initial bet?

Can you please post screenshot of that market from MARKETS grid view and of initial bet that should be hedged?

Were 4 goals scored on that market? Can you please post screenshot of IPT from from V3 to check data that bot has?

Hi Rade,

There is one going on at the moment where I would have expected the hedge to trigger. See screenshots. Also added a screenshot of the cash out data.
Also added the hedge info for this strategy.

So idea is I want it to trigger the hedge @ 5 goals, but didn't happen. Only thing I can think off is if I still have something wrong with the safety settings?

This market has only 70eur matched, that is extremely low. Are you having same problem with other markets that have higher traded volume?

Please email us this strategy, screenshot of market prices from MARKETS grid view so that we can see what prices bot has, as we were unable to find this game at Betfair web site. Thanks.

Hi Rade,

I would think for this particular approach the markets would be low most of the times. But that would not stop the bot from putting in a hedge lay bet correct? I just never see it triggered - so no (un)matched, cancelled, lapsed or voided hedge bets. In the end I manually used the cash out option on the website for this one without any issues.

I have attached a screenshot of another bet that should have been hedged based on goals - hopefully that is enough info on the price the bot is seeing.

Is there anything other conditions that need to be set for the inplay hedge condition to trigger based on amount of goals?

Hi Rorik,

Your strategy is using "Cancel bet if unmatched" rule. This rule will cancel "Hedge" rule when it executes. You need to remove this rule, then Hedge will execute properly.
