My intention is to lay the field at 1.61 just before the start where the favourite is 4/1 or higher and there are 10+ runners.

I have attached my current best effort but it is not laying the whole field. For instance it seems to ignore the favourite. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Mark,

You must use "Market conditions->Min/max REQUIRED price for selection" to check price of 1st favorite. Please see manual for details on reach rule that you use:

You should turn off option "keep betting during in play" at "Time to bet" rule as you want to place bets only before in play.

You must remove "Price settings->Price rules" rule, otherwise bets will be placed at currently available prices and not at 1.61.

As you want to place bets at price 1.61 on all runners you should remove "Back/Lay Ratio" as it will not be satisfied for runners with high prices e.g. 500.

Maximum number of matched bets rule should be removed as it will do nothing in this case. If you want to cancel bets when 1 bet is matched then use "After bet rules->Cancel all Unmatched bets when X bets get Matched".

Make sure you test this in simulation mode and then in real mode with small stakes e.g. 0.01. One wrong setting could cause you to lose all your money e.g. Lay at odds of 1,000 etc.
