Is it possible to set the bot up to place a back bet in the place market if the favourite is 1.35 or more BUT if its less than 1.35 then place a back bet on the 2nd favourite in the place market and if this is also less than 1.35 then do not place any bet?

You can use our Multiple Strategies bot for this and set up one strategy for 1st favorite and second strategy for second favorite with conditions for min/max price range for first and second favorite.
