Hi
What settings to use in order that the bot to place an order when the odds are 10 or the time in 45 min. To place the order when one of these 2 are met.

It is not possible to use "OR", as all strategy rules must be satisfied.

But you can create 2 strategies, one that bets when odds are satisfied and another that bets when "Time to bet" rule is satisfied. They can check each other for matched/unmatched bets, so that they do not bet on same selection if another strategy already placed bet on it. To check that use "Selection conditions->Only if specified strategy has bets" and set it to check if selected strategy does not have matched or unmatched bets on the same selections. Add this rule to both strategies, so they check one another.
