Japan doesnt appare to be selectable on the Country Code Settings in Market Conditions.
Ive found the others im attepting to remove CR Costa Rica, JM Jamaica but no selection possiblities to remove JP Japan.

That list is automatically populated by downloading events from Betfair API. Most likely there are not any active events in Japan at the moment at Betfair.
