Hi guys

Love the software and have been running it fine for the last 18 months.

Betfair has had some new regulations with being in New Zealand. I see the software now has the New Zealand option when logging in but I can't get past that screen. I have reinstalled software but to no success.

Can you please help?

If you are using VPN then you might need to turn it off and use your local New Zealand IP address to login. Your Betfair account must be registered to New Zealand address to use New Zealand region login.

If you keep having problems then please email us log.txt file and screenshot of the screen where you are getting problems.

You can find log.txt file in following folder:
c:\Users\{WINDOWS ACCOUNT USERNAME}\AppData\Local\bfbotmanager.com\BF Bot Manager V3\
