Bet Settlement Error

Hi,

I was checking through yesterdays bets and came across one that the bot has settled incorrectly. Is there a way to fix this so that it shows as a winning bet rather than a losing one?

Hi Andy,

Sometimes Betfair settles bets incorrectly and later they fix it. You can manually settle bets by using "Settle as win/loss" columns at main BETS history grid view.

Please also post screenshot of your "Tools&Settings->General settings->Results" form to check it. Thanks.
