bets view is blank

hi my software is working but the bets view is blank, a yellow cross through where bets should be. How do i correct this? this is running on a virtual server

Most likely your VPS is not fast enough to run that number of strategies or it is out of memory. You should save log file as txt file and email it to us by using Contact form.

You should backup your strategies by exporting them to a file. Then stop the software and restart your VPS.
