Hi,
I've started to use BF Bot Manager recently and I'm in the process of testing several strategies for football. For one of them apparently the settings are not proper so it doesn't hedge out the market as expected ( tried this more than 10 times and never hedged out any of the markets).

I would appreciate your help here.

Intention: Place a BACK bet based on statistics [until minute 65] and hedge out the market in(from) minute 75 regardless of score or odds as long as strategy has bets matched.

Hi Horatio,

I see no need to use "Only if specified strategy has bets" at "After bet rules->Hedge->Market conditions" rule, please remove it. Hedge will execute for selections at which that strategy has placed initial bet. It will execute between 75th and 90th minute if live in play statistics are available, that is match minute.

If you keep having problems then save log file, export strategy and save screenshots of placed bets, save screenshots of loaded markets at MARKETS grid view for market at which bet was not hedged and save screenshots of "Tools&Settings->Monitoring settings", then use contact form to open support ticket and send it all to us to check it:

Thanks for reply! I will first update the strategy according to your instructions and check if this will produce the intended outcome. Let's assume for now there won't be any need for additional support here. Wish you a good day!
