Hi,

I have a bot set up that for an unknown reason randomly decides not to fire even though the error it tells me is the reason for it not firing is incorrect. The issue is always the same when it randomly doesn't fire - the 'bet on imported tips' rule.

The images attached show the problem and how it is random;

• Image 1 shows the tip name in the bot
  Image 2 shows the window of my tips from the past weekend. 3 bets for this system, you can see that the first two fired but the third didn't
  Image 3 shows the report from the bot 2 mins after the 3rd had kicked off. I have highlighted the rule for it not firing.

All three games were imported into the tips at the same time from the markets view using the import tips function - so I know the name is correct. I removed it from the tips list and imported it again but still no luck.

It is annoying as it is the only bot that does this and it is erratic when it occurs. Any help please?

Third tip has red colored import time which means that tip was imported after start time.

If you keep having problems in future then export your tips, export your strategy and save screenshots of MARKETS grid view. Save content of log file as txt file, you can open it by using "Tools&settings->Log" menu item. Then open new support ticket and send all files to us so that we can check them:

Thanks. To clarify, the image was taken after the match had started when I had already removed the original tip and tried to bring it back in again 1 minute after match start. The original tip had been loaded 2 days in advance. The bot is set to place bets 5 mins before match start and 10 mins into the game. Previously, deleting the tip and importing it again has worked (even though the original tip matched the tip code perfectly as other bets had fired).

Will keep an eye on it and follow your instructions. Does the log file reset after 24 hrs? i.e. I need to save it as a text file within 24 hrs of the bet not firing?

Log file does not reset on daily basis, it resets when file becomes too large. You should save all the details as soon as possible when you notice the problem.

Also please send us screenshots of "Tools&Settings->Monitoring settings", both settings tabs, to check those settings too.

When saving screenshots please use "Save screenshots" button at bottom left corner of main screen, so that we can view all settings.
