Hello,

I am getting the following message when I go to log in.

I have also noticed if I tick a strategy to duplicate that it gives me an entirely different strategy than the one I have ticked to duplicate.

Don't know whether that issue stems from this issue also.

I have followed the advice and right clicked > run as administrator also but that doesn't fix the problem.

Also uninstalled and reinstalled the software and that didn't work either

Hi Phil,

Software is unable to create folder where it needs to save settings, strategies etc.

Try restarting your computer, install Windows updates etc.

Fixed it, thanks

C drive had become read only on majority of folders.
