Hi, I'm a new customer and have been getting to grips with how it all works but i've hit a bit of a wall in a couple areas.

Firstly I've been laying football results a few days in advance, using the First in the queue function to get a good price and I would like the trade to hedge at a set time after the lay has been matched, this all worked fine before i used the FITQ but has since not been hedging. Is it possible to hedge whilst using FITQ for the initial bet?

My second issue (unrelated) is when using the tradeout function very early, i will lay a horse and want the second bet to show immediately however due to the tradeout rule requiring available prices to be between 1.01-1000 if there aren't any prices available i must wait until a lay becomes available before my second best is posted, is there a way around this? as i would like the maximum opportunity to have the tradeout matched,

Answers:
1) hedge might not trigger properly as initial bet gets canceled and replaced with new bet. What settings are you using for your Hedge rule? Please post screenshots here

2) There is no workaround for this as price must be within that price range. But we will look into improving this in future.

Thanks for getting back so quickly, here are the settings.

Everything else is default aside from the safety settings which i maxed in case it was the issue.

Hedge is set to execute after 13 hours from the moment initial bet is placed. Is not that too late? Maybe you should set hedge to execute X seconds before official start time?

I was hoping to hedge after 13 hours but i can swap and trial before start time and let you know how it goes.

Set it to smaller interval or before start time for test purposes and see if it works.
