Is this the correct set up . I would like both teams to have BTTS for the last three games as the home and away teams ?

If you want to check if home and away team both scored in last 3 matches for each team then use one rule to check for scored goals and second rule for conceded goals for each team, total 4 rules.

Is there an issue with the match preview, doesn't seem to be any recent form in any of the games ?

Please make sure that you are running latest V3 version and if you keep having problems then post screenshots of matches that do not have historical results.
