Hi Rade

I have a football strateg and not sure if its betting correctly or more likely not setup right.


Market Conditions
Min/Max Required Price For Selection On Market
Back price for runner by position 1 must be within price range of XXX (not fav)
Back price for favorite by position 1 must be within price range of XXX (Fav)
Bet on market where runner by position 2 is one of following favorites 1. (Bet when this is fav only and 1st 2 conditions are met)


Selection Conditions
Bet type of "BACK" will be used on selections that do not have any bet type set before this rule gets executed. (needed?)
Bet type on runner with runner position 2 is BACK. Only 1 bet is allowed per runner position.

First market selected it placed bets on home, away and the draw!
I then set only 1 bet per market on the main setting but sure something isnt right as it shouldnt bet on market condition?

Sorry I am just trying to bet on the away team if it is the fav and at a certain price whilst the home team is above s certain price too.

Hi KongUK,

To bet on away team if it is favorite use "Selections filter" condition at "Selection conditions" tab and set it to allow betting on first favorite and second runner by position. Away team is always second runner by position.

To check price range of away team add Min/max price range selection condition and set it to check price range of second runner by position.

To check price range of home team add Min/max Required price range market condition and set it to check price range of first runner by position.

Add "Bet type by runner position" or "Default bet type" condition that will set bet type. In this case you can use any one of those two conditions because you are using Selections filter condition to allow betting on runners.

Then try it out in simulation mode.

I got the footy sorted but tennis looking strange now lol

First bet placed Ok on 1st fav
Second bet on new market placed bet on 2nd fav not the first!

Settings for market and conditions thus:

Market
Min/Max Required Price For Selection On Market
Back price for favorite by position 1 must be within price range of 1.6 - 1.8.


Selection
Bet type by favorite position
Bet type on runner with favorite position 1 is BACK. Only 1 bet is allowed per favorite position.
Min/Max Selection Price
Back price for favorite by position 1 must be within price range of 1.6 - 1.8.

It backed runner 2 which is 2nd fav at 2.42?

Any ideas?

Hi KongUK,

You need to remove "Default bet type", you cannot use this condition unless you add "Selection filter" condition, otherwise you are allowing betting on all runners by setting bet type on all of them.

After that try again, it should work well.
