hi, i want to use the following condition but it doesnt seem to be working, have i done it roight or do i need to incorporate it with another rule

so if a 3rd fav horse i want to lay is 5s, the bet will only place is if the 1st fav is less than 2

is my condition right for this to happen

This rule skips race if that difference is satisfied. So you should probably try using "IS NOT" operation at this rule instead of "IS". Please test it in simulation mode.
