I'm creating a Tip CSV via a script but intermittently the tip import is adding an hour to the time specified in the CSV, therefore it's not matching the market.

Any idea what could be causing this please ?

You can import tips from CSV file to the bot, but file needs to be properly formatted. Format is explained in General manual, pages 16-18:

Hi Lazo

Thanks for the reply but as far as I can see the file is properly formatted - I've been using the bot\manual for a while now. I have about 5 self created tips files all working OK. It's in Excel format in my screenshot but the actual CSV works fine. The only issue I have is the time gets changed by an hour on SOME runners by an hour - why would that happen ?

Got it. Will remove the time then and just let it match on SelectionName

Thanks
