Hi all

Is there a way of increasing the information in the log file i.e. a log file level? The reason I ask is that some imported tips failed with a 'Selections or market does not satisfy "Bet on imported selections/tips" condition/rule.' but I couldn't see why it failed and the log file did not show anything either other than keep awake messages. The rule was definitely running but in test mode if that makes any difference and it worked fine yesterday in testing. The only other rule in staking is to set the level stake at £2.

Log file is not designed to keep information about reasons why bets are not placed. Log file should be used only by us, to check it for any errors that might happen. Empty log file with no errors is good thing!

You should use strategy "Reports" tab to check which rule is preventing bet placement when time to bet is satisfied.

I think the reports tab only keeps so many in the list? It's for when I come back after a day out for example.

Reports tab only keeps last 500 entries.

I find troubleshooting very difficult. You have to look at the report tab while the event is taking place, and even then you have to filter to see the info as it auto-scrolls to fast.
Even the info on the results tabs isn't very informative, just kind of points you in the right direction.
If you miss the event, which you probably would as the point of the bot is not to be monitoring it, there is no information to go on.
