We need more information and full screen screenshots, not just partials ones, as wee need to sell alt the details for strategy, placed bets etc. Export your strategy, save log file, export bets history and then send it all to us by opening new support ticket:

Also make sure that your PC time is synchronized to internet time and that date/time are accurately set for selected timezone.
