Hi
I want to back horses after they go inplay if the odds has dropped to half BSP
I only want to back them if the BSP is between 10 and 20

So if a horse have a BSP of 14 I want to back the horse if it dropped to 7
If it dont drop no bet

How do I set it up?

Hi Svein,

You can use "Min/max selection price" to check BSP for price range of 10-20 and then you can use "Price change - steamers/drifters" and set it to allow betting when horse price goes down by 50%, set it to check Start Price and it will compare it with last traded price to determine price change.

Use "Default bet type", "Time to bet", "Level/initial stake" and other rules as needed and then test it in simulation mode.

You have set to check Back price from before in play for price range of 8 - 50? You need to remove that Market condition for required price range and instead use "Selection conditions->Min/max price for selection" and set it to check any runner Start price for price range of 10 - 20.

Well it dont go down 50%
The Taunton race at 17:00 it backed Mead Vale at 20 but the BSP was 31, so it should backed it at 15.5

Is it possible to set up a back bet to a lower price then BSP and lock it?
Or will it take the price that is available?

I think if I look at the BSP prices 1 min before inplay and then set up the bet in ex. ladder
Is it possible?

Hi Svein,

BSP is only available after market goes in play, it is not available before in play.

You can use "Price settings->Price rules" and set it to place bets at Start Price and then set options to ask for better/worse price by X ticks. This will work only if bets are placed during in play on BSP market. Please try it out in simulation mode.
