Hi,
Lately, I've realized that in simulation mode, some of the US races doesn't get settled. I think the bot is not getting the results properly.
What is happening?

Hi Ptech,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

There was small change to results service and that is why results are not available for US horse races. For other markets it should work just fine.

This has been fixed few days ago in V1 and new updated version has been uploaded to server. So if you are using V1 then just download new copy from our server and reinstall.

This is also fixed in V2, but I have not published it online yet. I need to finish some other things before I publish new updated version. Updated version will be online in few days and message will be displayed at startup form of software once this is done.

betfair cocks up yet again
they must have altered the results formula and not informed the bot companies
same thing happened this time last year.

Results service has now completely changed and old service is unavailable.

I will wait few days to see what will happen and collect some information before I add new results service.

Results service for Australian horse races (Win & Place markets) should work ok, there have been no change to this service.

I have a free API bot called Superbot (it is not on market any more). There is no problems with dogs and horse results. The bot is placing bets much more often than BfM v2 even if settings are similar. The bot doesn´t have sim mode.

Winner column in SuperBot is also empty, which means that results are also unavailable for this bot too. I see no reason why SuperBot would place more bets than Bf Bot Manager if all settings are the same (including refresh rates), beside that I created SuperBot long time ago...

Results are only used by Simulation mode and for informational purposes.

I have modified Bf Bot Manager V2 to work with new results service (I am testing it right now) and later tonight I will upload new version. V1 will also be updated to use this new results service, so all issues regarding this will be fixed soon. Once this is done there will be a new message at start up form of Bf Bot Manager about this update.

Both versions of software, V1 and V2, are updated and all issues with results service are now fixed.
Results are again available for Horses, Greyhounds, Soccer and Tennis markets.

Please download latest version of V1/V2 from our Download Page web page and reinstall software.

I have downloaded and installed the latest version of Bf Bot Manager v2.
I had forgotten to change the refresh rate from 15000 ms (for sim mode) to the default 2000 ms. The bot seems to place bets as good as SuperBot now.
Thanks for the separated min and max settings for dogs and horses.
