I’d like the BOT to compare the BACK odds for both players and place the first bet on the player with the lower odds (at the start of IN-PLAY).

The second bet is placed only if the first bet has been placed—the BOT monitors the BACK odds for the other player and places the second bet once the odds condition is met.

Is it possible to configure the BOT to execute this strategy—how do I set the parameters?

You can create second strategy, set it to place bets on other player when all your rules are satisfied. This second strategy can use "Market conditions->Only if specificed strategy has bets" rule to check if first strategy has Matched bets on the same market.

First strategy can be set to bet on runner by positiion 1 (player A) and second one can be set to bet on runner by position 2 (player B).

In tennis, you never know which player will be No. 1 and which will be No. 2—which one will have the lower odds? Besides, the second part of the strategy won’t be able to tell which player has been “bought.” Or maybe I’m wrong? I don’t think I’ll be able to develop this strategy without your help.

In case that you want to bet on favorites, set first strategy to bet on 1st favorite. In this strategy use "Bet type by FAVORITE position" rule.

Then set second strategy to bet on selection at which first strategy does NOT have matched or unmatched bets by using "Selection conditions->Only if specified strategy has bets" rule. Also use "Default bet type" in this strategy.

Then test it in simulation mode without risking any real money.
