I am getting the "Number of imported tips: 0" error but I'm using the same csv file format I used yesterday but is not working today. This is today's:

It's a csv file, cells format is not numbers, the markets are loaded and Excel is closed. I have no idea why it worked yesterday and not today. I also uploaded yesterdays to test and it worked, just had closed markets...

Please send us tips csv file and log file as txt file. You can open log file by using "Tools&Settings->Log" menu item.

I think I've worked it out. Once I download my Excel source file, I need to change all cells to "text" format. Then sort them and copy-paste into the BFBM format, save as csv and then upload. Not changing the original file format first seems to be the issue. It worked today, I'll test again tomorrow.
