Good morning,

Has anyone had this issue before ?

Can login to Betfair OK, but same credentials logging into BF Bot Mgr when it prompts for Betfair login don't work, get Failed to login: Incorrect username / password. This is not on a VPS, just home laptop.

Any help greatly appreciated thank you in anticipation.

Hi Mark,

Sometimes using special characters like +, & and % in your password can cause login problems. Please try using different password that does not have those special characters and see if that solves your problem.

Also you cannot use 2 factor authentication when using bot login form. That would prevent bot from login in again in case that you session expires due to loss of connection or similar problems.
