Hi all,

I'm trying to set up a simple strategy that backs (inplay) a tennis pre-match favourite when the price reaches my setting, but I can't get it to work properly.

I've set up 2 strategies for this (runner pos 1 & 2)

Attached the screenshots for strategy properties, market conditions, selection conditions for the runner pos 1 strategy.

I have set up the Tennis Markets (MATCH_ODDS) to Autoload every 300s

Any ideas on what could be wrong/missing? I'm a new user and trying to learn this

What problem are you having? Settings seem to be ok.

If you keep having problems then export strategy, save log file as txt file, save screenshots of MARKETS grid view, monitoring settings and open new support ticket so that we can review all your settings. You can open support ticket by using Contact form:

Thanks! The problem is that no bets are being made, even though there are matches that should be triggered by one of the strategies.

Now that you mentioned Monitoring settings, I checked, and the setting 'Time to start monitoring markets before start time' was set to only 180s - perhaps that is it. I changed it now to 60m.

I will let the system run for a while, and if no change I'll open a support ticket.
