So I had a bot that lay an under goals market in football from a tip. I'd add the market, select the unders, and add it to tips with the correct name. It's been working fine but today stopped and refuses to place the bet. The reports tab just says 'Selections or market does not satisfy "Bet on imported selections/tips" condition/rule', but I can't see what exactly is wrong.

Since I added the tip myself, I know is the right tipster name and correct market. I can't see anything in BFBM that allows you to troubleshoot things like this, no logs files or similar, just the reports tab that scrolls very quickly and gives very vague error messages.

1. exported strategy
2. screenshot of Manage tips screen showing tips and all their details
3. screenshot of MARKETS grid view showing loaded markets for those tips
4. content of log file, you can open it by using "Tools&settings->Log" menu item, then save it as txt file
5. screenshots of all settings at "Tools&Settings->Monitoring settings" form, both tabs

We will check your settings and help you adjust them so that strategy starts placing bets.

Playing around I've managed to get it working again.

I've removed the price condition and re-added it, and it worked. Even though the settings were the same.

It's frustrating when things go wrong. As a request, are you able to add more logging, specifically for the bots? If it's something that can be enabled for troubleshoot rather than on always by default.

Reports tab and logs will be improved in future updates, but we do not have exact time estimate for this.

Hi guys,

It's happened again, and I can't work out why! The bot was working last night, nothing changed, then added a tip and it didn't fire!

Why isn't it consistent? And why is it so hard to diagnose these things when they go wrong?
