Hi Everyone, I have a question regarding overall loss recovery advanced. My strategies are based on the UK greyhound market and my setting for loss recovery are shown below. As you can see I use a recovery rate of 20% with a maximum liability of £30. I recover all 100% of loss and recover my stake to.

In the advanced options I use all my other strategies to recover any losses when one of the strategies takes a loss. As you can see from my markets capture below I have a stake of £0.20. Eventually I take a loss of £2.10, I would then expect the next 5 (20% each) bets to recover the overall loss and stake, however from the screenshot you can see that after the next 5 winning bets my stake still continues at £0.67 and the loss pot is still -£2.30. Can someone please explain if I'm misinterpreting this rule and if I am what I need to change in order to correct this?

Your screenshots do not show any bets, only overall market profit, which is not really useful here as we do not see which strategy placed which bets.

You are recovering loss from other strategies. Your market might make overall profit, but that profit might be made by bets from other strategies, not by strategy that is recovering loss. This is most likely confusing you.

You should test all this in simulation mode until it works exactly like you want it to.

Hi, sorry, my question being, regardless of which strategy lost the bet, all the the strategies then showed a loss of £2.30 which I would expect. I would then expect as shown when the next strategy (not the same one that lost) won £0.67 for all the other strategies to reduce there loss by the same 0.67, however this does not happen they all still stay at £2.30. I'm sorry if Im not being clear.

Strategy that is using Overall loss recovery rule must be the one that will win and recover loss, not other strategies. If this strategy is not placing bets, winning or adding loss recovery to its bets then loss will not be recovered.

Thank you for your reply, so in summary you are saying that the strategies work together collectively when there is a loss i.e they all show the accumulated loss, but work independently of each other to recover the losses of the grouped strategies? If i'm correct in saying this is it possible your team could look at implementing this in a future update to allow the grouped strategies to recover the losses together?

Yes, that is correct.

We will review this for future updates and see if it can be improved.
