Is there any way to include a filter which states that 'Neither team has had a 0-0 result in each of their last X number of matches as Y team (home/away)' - Thanks

Try using rule "Market conditions->Football - matches by team number of goals in each match", set it to check if scored and conceeded goals is >= 1. If there was at least one goal in last X matches then there was no 0:0 result.

Please test it in simulation mode and make sure you are using latest v3 version.
