Hi,
I was hoping someone could provide some advice on an issue I'm having with the "After bet rules".
I'm trying to trigger an initial only during the first (time)% of a race, with a second bet (trade) placed when the initial bet is matched. But I am finding on occasion if the first bet is struck right as the time limit is about to cut off, the second bet does not get placed as the "Race in play time" filter is telling the bot to stop placing bets.
Could anyone advise if there is way to allow the second bet to be placed after the first is matched, no matter what stage the race is at?

After bet rules are not conditions by Market/Selection/Price rules/Staking rules. They execute when initial bet is placed and when their own settings are satisfied.

Also there is no report in Reports tab telling you why after bet rule is not executing, as Reports tab is only for initial bets.

If your initial bet is matched but trade out bet is not placed then please post screenshots of all your settings, placed bets and we will check them.

Thanks for your reply. Here is the screenshot of my Trade out settings.
Using today as an example, I had seven trade out bets that were not placed and all bar one related to initial bets that were matched between 3.9 and 7.0.
It's feasible that the odds had moved out beyond 10 by the time the bot calculated the stake for the trade out bet, so I'm now thinking the issue is my price settings. Would that likely be correct?

Please post screenshots of those placed bets and of your "Tools&Settings->Monitoring settings" (both tabs).

Also at trade out form chnage your min/max price range to 1.01 - 1,000.

Then try again.

Thanks for your advice, I've adjusted those price settings as recommended.
Here are the requested screenshots, I hope that is what you are after. I have posted an example of just one race because I'm not sure how to post all unplaced bet examples without posting a heap of different shots. I am just using small stakes while I get things right, there are two back bets on the same horse in the 1655 PMaq, with the intention to close one bet with the same stake, and to trade the other back bet for certain profit on all outcomes. As you can see, one of the second bets was triggered (which was the first close out bet), but the other was not.
Hopefully adjusting the price settings will be enough but if you notice anything else, it would be greatly appreciated.

Change monitoring settings to monitor markets until they are Closed and change number of markets to monitor to 500 instead of 3.

Change time to start monitoring markets to 300s before start time.

Thanks for your suggestions, I've made those changes. Things seemed to work a lot better today just with those price adjustments, so it looks as though the strategy is working how I want it now but I will keep monitoring it over the coming days.
On a separate issue, could I put forward a suggestion for one of your future upgrades?
As part of the 'cancel bet if unmatched' options, would it be possible to add a function allowing unmatched bets to be cancelled after a selected % of the race?
If that is not possible, perhaps a back-up could be a 'cancel X seconds after in-play' option, similar to the cancel before/after start time functions currently available.
I apologise if this is already a function but I can't seem to find it as an available option.
