General discussion about Bf Bot Manager v3 software for Betfair, Betdaq and Matchbook betting exchanges

Is there a setting in the Bot the to allow it to look at the amount of money on a horse that is available to be layed? I place a lot of lay bets using overall loss recovery and sometimes the stakes creep up.

On the night races abroad there are smaller amounts of money on each race that most UK races I know you have weight of money and trading volume conditions, but I would like the Bot to look at the amount it needs to lay then look at the horse and if there is not enough money to lay it will ignore the horse and not do partial bets.

It may be it does this already.

Thanks in advance

Hi polarisham,

There is no option to check if there is enough available money to match your Lay bet. But you can set strategy to ask for worse price by X ticks by adjusting "Price settings->Price rules" condition.

Betfair uses virtual prices and cross matching algorithm, so if you ask for worse price by 5 ticks or more then that will have effect on all prices on market, not just on that single runner, increasing your chances to get bet fully matched.
