please can someone help.
I can manage to import all my over/under tips from BTC fine but when I try to import match odds tips for some reason the data doesn't appear properly.
I don't think it is the wrong SelectionId and I thought maybe it was because the games aren't on the betfair site but they are.

Hi Rob,

Did you auto load match odds markets to the main Markets grid view?

Market type is missing for those tips, it should be set to MATCH_ODDS so that bot knows for which market tip is.

thanks for your reply.
yes i have auto loaded match odds in the market view.
when i import my tips i only use Provider, EventId and SelectionId and all the rest of my tips data appears no problem.
Just for some reason the match odds isn't appearing like the rest.
I even tried like you suggested and inserting Market Type.
The words match odds appears but once again the rest of the data doesn't.

Please provide an example tips file with MarketType column and also let us know for which match the tip is. Please pick one match for tomorrow. Thanks.

My imported tips file is the first attachment.
The second attachment is the 4 matches today.
The last screenshot is the resultant uploaded tips.
When I import my tips normally I don't normally have to import the market type as you can see from the rest of the tips that they automatically retrieve the rest of the bf bot data.

Columns should not have empty data, so you should enter market type for all tips e.g. MATCH_ODDS for match odds markets, OVER_UNDER_25 for Over/under 2.5 goals markets etc.

Market type is not required column, but it is very useful as identifies exact market for which tip is. Same selection id can be used on multiple markets which could be misleading for the bot and cause it to connect tip with wrong selection.

I created 3 tips for the match Gimcheon Sangmu v Suwon FC but selection id from your screenshot does not match Betfair selection of any match odds selection. Attached is screenshot of those 3 selections from Match odds market. It appears that you used wrong selection id for those match odds selections.

Also at your screenshot you used same selection ID for two different event IDs and that appears to be wrong unless it is same team that plays two matches within few days.

Hi, I used different selectionId's for the same event because the trade is the next over strategy which works fine.
I don't know why your match odds SelectionId's are different to mine as I got mine from right clicking over the match odds and selecting inspect. Here I find the selectionId when I scroll up.
I did try inputting your selectionId's to see if it was this but yet again, the same data didn't come up.
Really am getting frustrated with this now as all the rest of my tips seem to work, just not the match odds.
Don't know why I have to insert the extra data into match odds as when I put eventId and SelectionId for the overs/unders market, everything comes up.
