I have a strong suspection, that combination "Back at opposite price" together with "Hedge if price gows down by X %" does not work.
In sim mode I hade about hundred Back bets but not a single Lay with X=10. When I checked manualy one market I found suitable conditions for placing Lay (hedge) bet:
Back was placed at 150, which was the Lay price 10 min before start, than Lay price dropped down to 90 which was good enough for hedge but no Lay bet was placed.
Tested on Australian horses
