Hi,

When i export my tips from the manage tips section, the time of the race is correct on the manage tips section but the csv file has everything an hour behind, only started happening since clocks changed, all clocks at my end are correct is it something that requires changing in bf bot manager?

Exported tips should have universal time, not your local time, that is why time is different.

I am in the UK so the universal time would be gmt?? but the tips are exporting as gmt -1

No, universal time is not GMT. GMT is a time zone and UTC is a time standard.

so why are they exporting an hour behind then please, I need a resolution and it has only happened since the clocks changed.

It is designed to export universal time, which is one hour behind your local gmt time. That is how export/import works, it uses universal time.
