Hi,

Can you tell me why sometimes when I try to hedge a Double Chance bet using the "Hedge" button inplay I get a message advising me:

"Failed to hedge and place bet. Please check if market is active and try again."

The market is certainly still active, and no matter how many times I try I get the same error. Other times I am able to hedge without any problem.

Hi Tom,

Please open support ticket by using Contact form and email us screenshots of that, of placed bet that was not hedged and content of log file as txt file to check it.
