I am told there is a way to back a horse in one market but only if it is favourite in the win market but I cant seem to figure out what rule I need to use to say back this horse on the AVB market if it is fav in the win market.

You can use Selection condition "Racing - Runner at win/place market favorite/price rules" to check if runner has same favorite position at win market. Both markets must be loaded to the main MARKETS grid view for this to work.
