I am testing a 2 goals up strat but it does not always fire (and not at all on away games), but I cant see what the issue is. Sometimes I can see the score in the markets view but the bot hasn't fired.

Hi Coach,

Partial screenshots are not very useful, as you hide important information about number of loaded markets/strategies etc.

You are using highest refresh rate of 300ms and you are monitoring markets 24 hours in advance. You are also monitoring only 1,000 markets, so it is possible that those matches were not monitored at all. We do not know that as you sent us partial screenshots.

I suggest that you change it to monitor up to 10,000 and to change time to start monitoring markets to 15 minutes before start time instead of 24 hours. If you have to monitor markets 24 hours in advance then you should run second bot instance on another computer and use it to run strategies that need that early data.

Thanks, I've made those changes and will see what happens.

If I had only one strat that fired as soon as a market opened like 3-7 days out would I have to change the monitoring to 7 days ?

Yes, market must be monitored so that bot downloads prices for it.
