Is it possible to use this rule so that a strategy will only place bets when another selected strategy has bets of ANY status?

For example:
I want "strategy B" to only place bets when "strategy A" has a matched, unmatched, OR cancelled bet.

Sorry, that is not possible, but we can improve this rule in future updates.
