I've been in and out of simulation and real mode over the last month or so with no problem. But I've switched to real mode for a strategy that seems to have some promise, but quite a lot of the time I get BET_ACTION_ERROR returned in the report which is a bit annoying as the parameters for the bet are quite specific and don't come along all that often.

Is this a BOT issue or CPU, Connection...?

It means that bet was rejected by Betfair, probably because of too small size or something like that. Try using regular bet sizes e.g. 2 GBP/EUR.
