For context, i've got 500 strategies and about 20 tips files that I pull in, with about half every 10 seconds. I'm on a Windows 10 machine with 16GB of Ram and lots of hard drive space.

It's slow and gets progressively slower. What is the main cause from my above info? The tips or the quantity of strategies or the ram? Quick fix is?

I also have about 6500 markets showing that tab, would clearing that help?

You should reduce number of loaded markets by using "Tools&Settings->Monitoring settings->Remove markets" settings, set it to remove closed markets without any bets. Also optimize your auto load settings, so that you loaded only markets at which your strategies will bet.

Also at "Tools&Settings->Monitoring settings" set refresh rate to 1,000ms or 2,000ms, it will give bot more time to process all strategies before new market prices are downloaded. This is explained in following article:
