I have started to use tipping sport to drive a betting strategy, I have only used the free tippers just to understand how it all works. When I run in simulation mode I never get any bets, I have played with the betting strategy but keep getting "does not meet market condition". Any ideas what could be the problem?

Another issue, but not feel it's a problem when I log into tipping sport I see all the active bets and then switch to BF manager and autoload tips and refresh, I get 0 tips to use. But, for some odd reason after a few minutes the tip are preset. Am I missing something setting up the tip select/download?

You need to set to reload tips from your unique link (available at your profile page) every 5 minutes. Do not set this to more often as there is no need for that and it might just cause problems if you reload more often.

All loaded tips will appear at Manage tips form. It might take 5 minutes before tips get loaded or you can use "Reload" button to load them immediately instead of waiting 5 minutes.

V3 comes with example strategy that is set to bet on all imported tips. Have you checked that example strategy? If you deleted it then you can download all example strategies from following forum thread:

If you keep having problems then please post screenshots of your auto load settings for tips, loaded tips and export your strategy that is set to bet on tips so that we can check it all.
