Is it possible to stake for a defined profit and, if the bet loses, recover the losses and still make the defined profit on the next bet?

If so, could you point me in the right direction with regards to the staking set-up?

So, as an example....Aiming for 10.0 profit (and ignoring any commission to make the example easier to follow!):

Bet 1: Bet £5.00 at odds of 3.0 - bet loses
Bet 2: Recover £5 loss, plus bet to win £10. Bet £7.50 at odds of 3.0

Thanks

Hi phreneticuk,

At Staking tab add:
1. Level/initial stake and set it to 10gbp/eur/usd
2. Lay to liability or amount to win and tick option "Amount to win"
3. Overall loss recovery, set it to recover 100% of loss

At Market conditions tab add "Unsettled markets" and set it to 1, so that next bet is only placed when all previous bets are settled.

At Selection conditions tab add "Bet type by favorite position" and set it to Back 1st favorite.

Add time to bet, events/markets filter, overrounds, back/lay ratio, price ranges as needed.

Then test it in simulation mode, it should work.

Rade

Thanks - that seemed to work.

I had most of the settings sorted out but had forgotten to set Unsettled Markets, so I think on my original test, the second race started before I had the result from the first bet.

Anyway - all working now, so thanks for your help.
