Just recently been playing about with this great piece of software, namely the horse trading bot. One thing I have noticed is that there are instances where back bets are unmatched with lay bets, that is, the back bet not being hedged with a lay bet leads to me losing a sum of money more than the previous several wins via the back bet losing.

Is there a way to tell the bot to void a back bet on a runner if it hasn't been hedged by the time it's in-play so as to avoid this? Bet persistence doesn't always help, and even "Take BSP" leads to a loss at times.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Valdemar,

Only Unmatched bets can be Canceled. It is not possible to "Void" matched bets.

If Hedge is not executing then your settings should be checked. It is best that you export your strategy, save screenshot of those bets that were not hedged and email it all to us to check it.
