Hi Richard,
Just use Selection condition->Min/max price range and set it to check Back price for price range of 2.0 - 5.0.
Price at which bet is placed is set at Price settings->Price rules condition which allows you to place bet at different price than the one you are checking for price range.
Make sure you use Back/Lay Ratio condition and set it to 10% to ensure Back and Lay price are close to each other as what you are trying to do could be dangerous. For example, if Back price is 4.0 and Lay price is 100, in case of bad offer on market. In this case you check Back price but place bet Lay price, this would result in Lay bet at odds of 100 and I am sure that is not something that you want as that would create huge liability.
It is also recommended to check Lay price too for price range and add "Selection condition->Min/max price range" and set it to check Lay price of Any runner for price range of 1.0 - 5.1, to ensure you never place Lay bet at any higher price than 5.1.
