I've been running a lay the draw strategy quite happily (over 300 bets) until yesterday when i had two occurrences where the hedge bet did not fire. They were both 0-0 draws where the price should have decreased in a fairly stable fashion which should have triggered a hedge bet to reduce the liability. Given that the hedge bets have been working well i think the hedge settings are set up ok, so unsure why this happened.

I was not at my computer at the time so did not see what the markets were doing, but does anyone have any pointers on trying to diagnose why the hedge bets did not fire?

Please export your strategy, save screenshots of all placed bets, markets and bets that were not hedge, save content of log file and email it to us.

Also send us screenshot of market monitoring settings. Thank you.
